Re: [FIXED] Gallery showing no results

After the recent October update the Gallery has stopped working again for me. I get either "No Results" or an endless loading screen. Also when I check profiles of people I follow it says they have posted no content.

This same issue occurred around the last time an EP was released. Please get this fixed soon, the game is unplayable for me atm with the Gallery not working.

I should add that I'm using the PC version.

having the same issue, also on pc. removed all my mods and tray files since i thought it could've been a mod or tray file issue but alas, also cleared all my caches. maybe a server problem?

I'm also having this problem! was driving me crazy until I checked here. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

I am having the same issue! I hope this gets fixed soon. I use the gallery all the time.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to take a screen shot in game...but I assure you that when I search for gallery things, nothing shows up. It loads for a little and then shows "No results". Even when I don't search for anything it still shows "no results". Sometimes if iI type something in the Hashtag it will show 1 page with of results. 

I seen some reports about this a month or 2 ago but it looks like its back because others are going through it again. please fix EA.

I'm also having this  problem all day.  I'm a vanilla player currently so I have no mods/cc that could be causing the issue. I'm assuming it's completely down for everyone right now. 

Yes same. It will load about one page SOMETIMES and then load nothing further. Most times, nothing will load at all!

I’m having the same issue. All my mods are up to date. It was working perfectly fine this morning, but halfway through the day it completely stopped working.

Same issue here! The gallery is running bad, not loading anything basically.

Im also having issues - gallery isn't loading any search results for me. 

Same for when I look up the gallery pages of people I follow. There are just empty.

It's not only the search that isn't giving results. When I check the profile of people I follow and where I know they've got plenty lots and households in their gallery, the game's also saying "no results". I guess the problem is patched in again 😢

Me too.  And I'm only a vanilla player on my PC Desktop.

Same issue, except my own uploads won’t load in at all. No mods here and on PC. 
I tried uploading one nd it said error 

7hours for me so far and still no better.

Same. I had the same problem today and yesterday.

Same issue on PC, connected via Steam.  It was working for me yesterday afternoon, but not in the evening or any time since then.
