Lots not saving to gallery

Are you getting an error or does it just not appear ?

I was getting an error saying something along the lines of “could not process gallery request”. I learnt that if I sat and waited long enough (sometimes 5 mins) it would save regardless. Or yeah switching back to dx9

The gallery is still wonky atm. 

Since you say it only works in DX9 could you post Computer's DxDiag

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I've run into this issue this evening. I went to save some households and lots to my gallery library so I could place them into a different save. Households I could save and then see them in my library no problem, but the lots won't show in my library. I got notifications that they saved and if I click on the more details in those notifications it pulls up the page for the lot, but it doesn't display in my regular library. I also have the sims 4 tray importer program and the lots show up in their so I know they are in my tray files so idk why they aren't showing up in my gallery library. 

I'm on PC and play through the EA app. I use some mods/cc, but I've tried removing my mods folder as well as repairing my game and restarting my PC and the issue still persists. 

Did you tick the cc option ?

I misspoke when I said I had mods and cc, I only have mods, there’s no build/buy or cas cc so I did not tick the cc option. 

I did just check and the cc option did get ticked on them even though I didn't click it myself. 

Did you also try switching to dx9 to see if that makes a different as OP suggested ?

No matter what I upload to the gallery, it tells me it has been uploaded but when I search for the item I just uploaded it's no where to be found. Its not on my profile either. I type in the description I made for the item or the hoshtags I use and my uploaded items dont appear. I search my EA ID and only older items I've uploaded appear, but not the most recent ones. 

HI Kindtay​ I merged your post with another thread. Can you check if DX9/DX11 makes a difference for you ?

If you use cc, do you have cc ticked ?

Having a similar issue, saince buying installing Adventure Awaits whenever i try to save a lot to the gallery (not upload it) i get an error message . its strangely only occurs with Lots , households and rooms are no issue. I neither use Mods or CC. I repaired my game twice and yesterday did a full uninstall and redownload/install . The issue is still present. Another user suggested my gallery may be full but i only have about 20-25 lots saved, which is nothing to other simmers or content creators. I tried in in my existing savefile and a new one same error

I have been experiencing this exact same issue. I do not use Mods or CC, I do not have many lots or households saved in my gallery and repairing the game hasn't helped. I do not own the Adventure Awaits expansion.
