Game crashes

Cheats or not the game crashes alot now. Try to save? During save; game crashes. Try to move household? Game crashes. Finally save game but want to exit main menu? Game crashes. Or your sim could be walking around and about and game crashes. I play on a Xbox so i dont use mods that is not the issue.
