Game crashes

My game have been crashing ever since May and I AM SICK of it. I been playing sims since 2000 and have never been so disappointed in my life by a sims game. I literally stopped playing because my game crashes when I save and travel. I refuse to buy any more packs or even play the game. Y'all need to fix this crap it’s unacceptable. I love sims and spent $1,000+ on this game and it’s a shame that I am considering stoping altogether. I play in PS5 and I am TIRED of yall releasing new packs without fixing the game, a waste of time honestly.
