Game crashing

On Xbox. 
Since the update my game crashes after 10-20 minutes of gameplay. Build mode works fine.
Also, everytime I log in I have to turn off help center and turn off the control overlay, EVERYTIME!!! 
I updated and restarted my system. Then it crashed 3 times in a row while trying to play. So I cleared the local game data, system restart, and loaded from the cloud. Which would normally fix any issues that I have. My game is broken. Please help!!!
