Game Freezing

My game will just stop working. For example, the house is doing its normal day stuff and then the clock gets stuck at 4:44 pm and the game wont let you do anything. You cant save and exit, you cant just exit, you cant go to the main menu, you just get stuck at that time. I have to shut my computer off to get it to respond to anything. I have tried repairing the game, taking out and slowly putting my cc back into the game to make sure it isnt the cc. I have tried several new save files and they all are doing it. It is keeping me from doing any legacy anything. I cant figure this out.
