[PS4] Game shakes, stutters and is unplayable

This is the first time in years I've had to completely stop playing the Sims 4. 

Every time I load into a save on my ps4, I direct the sims to complete an action and the screen starts stuttering like there's an earthquake happening. The console locks, menu and options are unavailable. The only thing that'll work is closing the game. 

This started happening very recently, end of October 2025. I haven't bought a pack since Life and Death. It may be related to an update. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.
