Game Unresponsive (PC)

Ever since I updated it a couple weeks ago, it hasn’t been working properly. When I’m in Build Mode, it won’t let me build certain things even when I have the move objects cheat on.  When I click the UNDO button in the Build Mode, it does nothing.  Then when I switch worlds, it doesn’t load anything.  The game keeps freezing when I’m in Live Mode. I can’t even get through the game without any issues and I have to keep force quitting the game.  I even tried Repairing the game and that didn’t fix the issue.
