Game won't go online

I cant figure out what's going on with my game. It says I dont have internet connection but I've checked, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work. I double checked and this is the only game on my console that won't connect online. Even the library wont give the option to scroll to the online community. How can I get this game to work again?
