game won't load properly since update!!!

my game lets me get up to the part to select a household to play then keeps throwing error code 102:502fc384:1367c215. after the update it let me start to play my game normally then it came up with  the box saying need to restart game to add the new sims detail content and since then it lets me get up to the point of selecting a household to play and gets to loading screen but then goes back to the pick a world screen to pick household again and throws up the above error code.
