Gardening issues

I have, for a long time had issues with the gardening part of the game. 

One issue is sometimes all the plants will drop, for no reason.

not sure when this started, but when I evolve a plant then it drops and starts the growing process all over again. Not convenient if you chose short time between seasons.

Another issue is when the plant is out of season, the option to evolve is not available either.

The next issue I have been seeing is if I plant something and it isn't the correct season for it to grow and/or harvest from, during game play it will get weeds or bugs, and I don't get the options to take care of these.
