Grim Reaper Rewards

The Grim Reaper quests are no longer showing. I have not completed my 2nd week Grim quests but the event drop-downs are not showing up. I tried repairing the game but the quests are still not showing. I do not see the quests to complete the week. Has anyone had this issue?
