Half walls, trim and platform trim missing from my game.

I am not sure if this just happened with the update yesterday or if this has been longer, but when I went into build mode to make a half wall, half wall trim or platform trim it states, "no results found". I can only make normal full-size walls when trying to build. I have no mods or custom content and all content except for kits and the soon to be last four expansions. Anyone know about his?
