HELP! Camera tips stuck on left side of the screen

Hi guys, 

Need some help and it could be me just being dumb but .. just updated the game this morning and now i have camera tool tips stuck on the left side of the screen and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get rid of it?! 

I've looked through all the settings in game - nothing. Disabled mods - nothing. 

Starting to think if it's my Nvidia or steelseries app that's somehow causing it. Anyone seen it before?
