Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I haven't played The Sims 4 for a long time and when I wanted to play in July, it turned out that all the packs and expansions I had purchased had disappeared from my account. I am unable to use the codes a second time because they are single-use, which means I have completely lost my money and what I already had in the game. The Sims 4 works, but it's like everything I had before is gone, and Sims in the gallery show up as if I used to have those expansions, but I don't anymore. I bought everything in-store, so I'm keeping all the packaging. Is there a way to get back everything I bought using the codes? I reported it many times, but I still have problems with the chat, which freezes or doesn't load at all..  I'd be very grateful for your help.
