High school add on
When trying to use High School add-on items in build mode it say I don't have it.

I have the same issue but it's 3 of my packs not just one

It sounds like your DLC isn't fully installed to your console, please try the following steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
