Holiday station won't show on radio

I have been trying to listen to the holiday station for 4 weeks with no luck.  It has kept me from finishing the quests. I have tried all the options on the forums, reddit, etc.  with no luck.  Would really love a fix for this.  I have also tried using every stereo there is. Tried making a new sims etc.  With no luck! Help!!
