Hot gossip about babies/infants/toddler

Many times recently family members will share "hot gossip" about other family members, the only problem is that they share gossip about literal babies. It's kinda creepy, i don't want my infant sim's aunt to share hot gossip to my sim's mother.
It happens after a family member decides to call and chat.
