Household cannot pay bills

Just got the new Enchanted by Nature DLC. Not sure if it's connected, but for some reason, my household CANNOT pay bills and they've all been shut off. I've moved them twice to see if it was a lot issue, but it keeps happening. I've also restarted the game multiple times. The mailbox is in an easy to reach place, and they can't even pay them via the phone. I action the "pay bills" and they go to do it, but nothing happens. For some reason the bills say "+105", which doesn't seem right. I don't have any mods installed, and play on PC. Any advice?
