Household member demoted to neighbor?

On PS4, so no mods ofc, and have almost every pack except the Star Wars pack and half the kits. For some reason one of my sims (in a two person household) now says neighbor? I have no clue why, it happened sometime after they adopted a dog together but I don’t know if that caused it or not. She still appears at the bottom in household and I still have control over her, but when I hover over her it says neighbor above her name and she can’t enter the house without being invited in, there’s also no option to invite her to join household, so I don’t know how to fix this.
