Every time I go on to Sims 4, the buttons/selections are all bunched up in one spot, making it impossible to play the game, or start a new game. I tried reinstalling it, repairing, and troubleshooting the game, but none of those work, not even my internet! I'd wish my game can work again

Sounds like a potential mod issue. Are you using any ?
