Hello friends,
I created this character and her small pottery business a couple of days ago, and after the latest update today (9/18/2025) her small business is no longer showing up in the menu - it keeps saying that she doesn't own one and needs to register. I checked to make sure that the lot type was still categorized as a Residential (Small Business), and it was.
I am able to open her business from the Ticket Kiosk and customers show up, but none of the employees are listed anymore, nor do they show up in the Manage Employees menu when I try to hire them back. The only way I've gotten the business information to pop up in the Small Business tab is to go to Build mode and immediately back to Live Mode, but my employees and their set uniforms are still gone.
Where is my business :(My Employees are gone too....I play on PC, I don't have any mods downloaded, and my game is Version 1.118.242.1030 DX11. I've tried repairing the game files through the EA app, exiting out of the game entirely, restarting my computer but nothing has worked for me so far.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
