Icons/Panels not working

Ever since the new update, almost all of the icons and panels at the bottom of the screen are wrong and/or not working. Relationships, Simology, Inventory, none of them are opening. The only ones working are the Career and Needs tabs. 

On top of this, my game is not wanting to save or function properly; the holidays are broken, event goals don’t show up, and game will freeze when saving. I’ve already tried uninstalling/updating my mods and repairing the game in the EA app, but nothing seems to fix it.
