The game will just blank out (white screen) but it is still accessible, I can choose to exit to main menu. Also I can access all the other maps, just not Mt. Komorebi. Other than that, everything seems fine.And i have tested without mods and still not working.

I have the same problem with the Britechester map. I really have no idea why this happens.
Do you own for rent? This happened to me after changing a lot from residential rental to something else. Unfortunately it's a bug.
Possible work around if you do not want to start over.

San Sequoia’s world map properly loads into all lots and avoids corrupted white screens.
The patch notes for this only mention San Sequoia but I haven't seen any new reports since the patch so maybe it really IS fixed for them all.
