Infant Spawning random places

Whenever I travel with a sim and return to the household the infant in the household is randomly spawned at the edge of the lot space near a neighbour's lot while the rest of the household are at the home part of the lot. The infant is not being sent to daycare in these instances as there are adult sims left at the lot with the infant.
