Infinite loading screen issue , game is unplayable

Whether I'm trying with an existing household or creating a new one, the game does not load when the house is selected on the map. Loading screen runs infinitely and the game isn't starting..

Please fix this issue ASAP, the game is unplayable right now after the delivery :(
