Invisible Shroomie Buddy Toy Debug Item Spawning with Fairies on the Lot

There is this invisible debug item spawning for no reason with the presence of fairies.

The only way to get rid of them is by building a room around it and deleting the room containing the debug item, but the sheer amount of them makes it impossible to do so.

You can only make them visible by "move room" in build mode. However even if you can see them, you cannot delete them unless you are willing to delete a room you spent hours building. It is a total nightmare.

It is causing my sims to path incorrectly and even making simple interactions, such as sleeping on the bed, impossible.

It's probably causing a lot of lag as well.

If there is a clever solution to make this debug item somehow visible and deletable, please let me know.
