Island Living Modular Nonplus Shelving Set - Piece 2 causing game crash

I just got Island Living earlier today, so I have been looking through the build/ buy and CAS items.

While working on a build, my game crashed. I went back and tried again, but it seems to crash whenever I try to use the "Modular Nonplus Shelving Set - Piece 2." I have not been through all the items in the Game Pack, but I have used many of the new items. As far as I can tell, this specific piece is causing my game to crash.

I have removed my mods (I only use MCCC, but I removed it), and I have tried to use the item on a different lot. The game will crash if I try to take it out of build mode, and if I try to remove it from an existing build.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated :)
