It won't show me tattoos

So after this new update I decided to have a look at the new tattoo menu but alas it won't show me nothing. The tattoos have disappeared and I can't look at the other body part sections because the buttons used for scrolling across are not working in the tattoo menu it says I need to edit filters but when I fiddle with filters nothing changes
