Life and Death pack causes game freeze issue

I have found that this pack is the cause of the "game freeze but environment still moves" issue (couldn't fit that in the title). I briefly commented about this on the post, but thought I'd make a separate one to spread more awareness of the issue.

I was having the game freezing issue for ages and spent hours trying several things. I then realised that I've been having this issue more since I've installed the Life and Death pack. I used Mod Manager to disable the Life and Death pack, and the game freezing issue was GONE.

Whilst I appreciate not having a frozen game anymore, I don't appreciate the fact that I have to disable a pack that I paid £35 for to get the game to work properly. Obviously I don't know what exactly it is about the pack that causes freezing, but I thought I'd make the mod team aware if you aren't aware already.
