Loading Bug

For the past few days, I’ve been trying to load into my household, but it instantly takes me to the Residential Worlds screen, which has never happened to me before. When I select the world where my household is, then click on the home they live in, it either stays stuck on the loading screen for hours or it loads but it just sends me back to the Residential Worlds screen. This makes my current game completely unplayable, and honestly, I don't know what to do.
