Lost access to Game Settings, Pack Settings, and Save Game Settings on PS5

Hi, 

I can play The Sims on PS5, but I have suddenly lost access to three settings I normally should have:
1. Game Settings
2. Pack Settings
3. Save Game Settings

This happened during the latest pack event, when I got a “no internet” error even though my internet was fine. Since then, the settings have remained locked.

I have tried:
- Restarting the game (3 times – first time everything worked, after the next restarts I lost access)
- A full PS5 factory reset
- Logging in with the correct EA account (I first connected the wrong one by mistake, but now the correct account is linked)

The problem remains, and I hope you can help me fix it.
