Lots are missing from world

Do you by chance have two copperfields ?

I take it you haven't done too much with HSY content ? The easiest solution to get rid of this is to disable the pack with the new settings, then run a backup of your save without it, save and then go back out.

After that enable the pack again.

You loose any HSY content that you have placed but at least the world will hopefully work afterwards.

Hi crinrict​ ! After checking, I do have 2 Copperdales in Manage Worlds in that save file but not in others.

To clarify, by new settings are you referring to Pack Selection from the recent update?

Hi crinrict, I was able to disable with pack selection...but it was unfortunately timed with today's base game update, and now the pack selection does not open to reactivate HSY and the UI is glitched. I'll try to report back after things aren't broken.

Hi crinrict, the pack selection menu does not open for me to reactivate HSY. I'm also seeing this glitch on various popups: 

I can use the items of cas and build mode but for some reason the world does'nt load, the lots don't appear when I use a new save or using an old save

When attempting to open Evergreen Harbour in the Manage Worlds screen in The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle, several map elements are missing. The residential lots do not appear on the map, and only community lots are visible (but cannot be used). However, it is not possible to interact with or select the community/residential lots. This issue also occurs when trying to travel to the area, as the same missing lots and navigation problems persist. I noticed this bug yesterday, and since then, it appears intermittently—sometimes the map elements show up, sometimes they don’t. However, now it’s consistently not working, and I’m unable to use it at all.
