Lots are missing from world

Same for me, all maps load just fine except for the new Business and Hobbies map. When I click on it, nothing happens. It’s just a blank white screen!

Me too! only Nordhaven as well

Hello. 

I've recently bought the growing together and high school years packs. Although for gameplay the work just fine, I am unable to play within the worlds that come with the packs. It is just blank and lots are not visible nor clickable (please see attachments). I've already removed all my mods and tried repairing my game through Steam but still no solutions. Please help

I just bought and installed two expansion packs (I'd like to add that it was $120AUD so I am not happy). They are Lovestruck, and the most recent, Businesses and Hobbies. I installed them, opened my game and went to manage worlds to check out the new worlds and their lots. I can click into both Nordhaven and Ciudad Enamorada but when I get in, there are no lots except for the apartment buildings in the Ciudad world. However, as seen in one of the images I attached, it shows a blue box on those buildings and I am unable to click into the lot.

Yes, I have mods. I removed my mods folder completely, deleted localthumbcache and reopened the game without mods and it still did the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this without losing my sims?? Thanks

Hi there!  I have just purchased Get Together expansion, and while the world Winderburg is there on world select, there are no lots and no buildings to click on to travel to.  It is essentially just blank.  I have tried exiting the game several times, and restarting but that does not help. 

I do not use any mods.  I have a few other packs and have never had this issue with new worlds.

Any help would be very appreciated!

First I am playing on the Xbox console.  Now to the issue.  In my current game save I am missing all the lots in Magnolia Promenade.  There is not any opportunities to even go or build on any of those lots.

Here is a brand new game save.  All is good.

I attempted to search online for a solution but nothing.  I am really hoping there is a solution to fix the problem because this game save has taken me a long time to set up and it's supposed to be my forever save.  Does anyone one have any ideas on fixing this problem?

Downloaded Enchanted By Nature to my PS5 this morning. As soon as I tried to click the occult in CAS, nothing in the CAS menu was clickable. Went into a save file to check the lots, the map is there but not a single lot is visible. No houses on them, no outlines. 

Uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled, the pack still isn't working and is making the game unplayable. Attached a photo of how the map shows up.
