Maintenance events can’t be completed

I play on Xbox. I am in able to complete the 5 star property owner aspiration( for rent pack) because I can’t complete the handle maintenance event part. Whenever a maintenance event pops up I travel immediately to the property. Once I fix the issue ,well within the time frame, I get the notification saying e.g “Nothing was done to address the water leak problem in 1 Daisy Hovel! As a result, your unit rating has been impacted.”  I have 3 rental properties and all have this same issue.
