Mean bug seems to have returned

Since the latest update my sim keeps autonomously insulting his adult daughter - their whole lives they have had NO negative interactions, they have a ‘supportive’ family dynamic, no negative sentiments. PC. 

Never used mods or CC, only happening since latest update.
