Milestones for infants and toddlers disappearing

Infant and toddler milestones always disappear after entering CAS or switching between households. My infants are able to sit up prior to entering CAS after leaving my infants are laying on the ground with a blanket underneath them. Same with my toddlers, certain milestones remain but most of them disappear.
