Moon Texture still has lower quality and is not solid/black

Hey crinrict are you sure the title is appropriate? Because I checked the other post, and I saw that it complains about the texture of the moon, which is said to be bad, among other things, but in this post of mine, I am specifically referring to this "moon within the moon". 😅

Both was reported in the other thread. Titles are difficult and limited in length but since the other thread is already tracked, they are keep on the old unless the issue shifted like the vet issue

NEW INFORMATION: Apparently, not all worlds have the moon in this buggy way. In Windenburg  and Henford on Bagley, it is buggy. I haven't tested it in all worlds, but there are others where it is ok.

I have the same problem. I have also noticed it in Windenburg and Henford.  

The moon textures look weird anyway. Even without the internal moon, the fact that the textures use transparency means you can see stars through what should be a solid object.

I just noticed the buggy moon in my Henford 😩 Hopefully it will be fixed! It looks so bad.

Commenting to say I have this issue, too. It is occurring in Oasis Springs and Strangerville for me. Didn't test all the zones but I noticed it wasn't occurring in Sulani or Willow Creek. Noticed it before the 5/27/25 patch but unsure as to when it 1st occurred since I never look up at the sky that much. Only noticed it because I happened to see it while panning the camera around.
