Mouse option graphic

Since the last update on May 26, a mouse options graphic has been floating over my screen in-game, and I can't get rid of it. I play on a Mac Laptop. I tried every suggestion from the EA bot help but nothing works. I never had that problem before, only since the last update. Has anyone else encountered that bug? if so any suggestions?
