My game isn't working

Eversince the new update, I haven't been able to play with my households at all. I can get into the game, and make new sims and build, yet I can't play. Always when I try to play with a household on ANY lot, the game loads, and then throws me into the world selection. If I try again, the same happens. 

I've repaired the game on the EA app, and it still doesn't work. Some help pls :(
