My Sim is Blacked out
One of my sims in another house hold is blacked out. I went to create a SIM to try and fix it and it says her skin color is right but she's still blacked out.

I'm playing on Playstation 5 and my sims and dogs are all blacked out as well. I tried using the paint feature on my pets as I heard that fixes it but I couldn't click anything
I'm On PS4 and still currently having this annoying issue
