My sims save disappeared (PS5)

Hello, I was playing the sims on my ps5 and I went to save my game. When I was trying to save the game it gave me an error, so when I tried to make a new save for it, it worked, but only for a moment, since when I tried to save it again, that save was gone. Then I hoped that the auto saved would work so I exited the game, and that save and the auto save were both gone. This save was my legacy challenge where I was on generation 18. I tried to upload the data from my ps5 cloud and deleting/redownloading the game  but it showed the same results. Is there anything I can do to get it back? Or is my save gone.
