Can't make New Year's resolution
When I click on the sims to make them make a New Year's resolution the menu doesn't show up. I tried restarting the game, I tried repairing the game but the New Year's resolution menu won't open. I play on win 10, I don't have any mods or cc and I own all packs released so far (because I have no self-control). Making a New Year's resolution when I'm playing with Seasons Holidays is one of my favorite parts so I'm very upset that it suddenly isn't working after today's update (27 may 2025). The update that also changed the event/holiday ui thingy. Most say I'm not that happy with that change neither as it forgets that I opened it when I switch character and I have to keep reopening it to see what goals I have to complete for my holidays. [LS] Sims cancel romantic interactions (Woohoo/TFB/Break Up/..)
Play on PC. I purchased Lovestruck and the game updated. I haven’t played since before the update. When I played today, the woohoo and try for baby interaction is there on the sims and bed, but when you click on it the sims glitch and nothing happens. Unable to try for baby. Very disappointed that I can’t play anymore because of it. How am I supposed to continue my legacy family without being able to try for baby? Please fix this bug. White Screen when loading world (Patch 1.109.207)
I have the Sims 4 for Playstation 4, it's the most recent update available for the system. I made a rental residential lot with 4 units in newcrest, saved the game, and closed it. The next day I tried to open back into newcrest and when I selected it from manage world I got a white screen and nothing loaded. I could still open the options menu and gallery. I waited 5 minutes, nothing changed. So I exited to the main screen, re loaded the game, went into a household and tried to travel to newcrest, same thing happened. I exited to main screen again loaded a different save, and was able to travel to newcrest on the save that did not have the rental. You can find a tutorial in my blog on how to fix it: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2020/11/mod-related-white-screen-when-travelling-to-new-world/ but the S4Studio one is still very experimental. I had it work and not work depending on the save. Disabling for rent, then saving the game without it and then reinstall it is the best method although you will loose all content from the pack and it will reset the world. Some people also reported that doing this deleted the lot altogether (like there was no lot to build on anymore afterwards). You do any fixes at your own risk so please make backups.
Business Panel Doesn't Show Owned Businesses
Recently, I am now unable to fill vacancies or properly manage the lot I purchase. After purchasing lot, I can open the ‘owned business’ panel, but to fill vacancy you must return home. Once on home lot, the ‘owned business panel’ no longer shows my rental unit. When looking at world map, when hovering over new rental I just purchased, it does show I own. The only time I’m successful in getting the ‘owned business panel’ to identify that I own property, is after clicking the build/buy mode while on rental lot and returning to live mode. Therefore, all I can do is buy the lot, and change the rental agreement. I cannot however find tenants or collect rent. I play sims 4 on Xbox. Please help! Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders
Since the latest patch (Feb/2025), I’ve noticed mixologists aren’t readily interactable in community lots like bars and clubs. The bug seems to work like this: go to a community lot with a bar there’s a mixologist in the lot as you arrive try to order food or a drink the mixologist won’t fulfill your order, and will either stay behind the bar performing tricks or get into a conversation with townies and sit on barstools (if available) In the end, the result is that the mixologist won’t be available to take orders, despite being flagged as a service Sim (with their function in red font above their name). After a few Sim-hours, the bugged mixologist might get a thought balloon with the bar inside and resume their function correctly, but more often than not they’ll stay stuck in the 5/6 step above. The thought balloon might appear several times in a minute, without the mixologist resuming tending the bar and being available for orders. A workaround for this is to use resetSim on the mixologist if they get stuck in 5/6; doing so will reset all the Sims around the bar — understandable if the mixologist on step 6, but it also happens in 5. Occasionally the mixologist will be present, but unavailable as you arrive on the lot and stay that way until either you use resetSim or their shift ends, in which case a new mixologist will arrive and correctly tend to the bar and take orders.

I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. [NKSP] Unlocked knitting objects are re-locked/Don't unlock
old saved games wont show unlocked in knitting since todays update, even tried a new game same thing. no mods on I'm on PlayStation 5 I started a new game to see if maybe it was old saved games, and same I add to wardrobe, but still says locked. if I go to plan outfit, its unlocked there so I can use them, but going back to knitting it is still locked. yes even other characters same thing.
