My Small Business won't open + objects place but no money is spent

When I press 'Open' on my Small business it doesn't do anything. I tried pressing open on the sign and the sign worked but the business still wasn't open. Additionally when I buy objects for the all business, the objects is placed but no money is taken.

I've sold the plot and repurchased it twice. I repaired my game twice. I restarted my laptop many times. I went into S4S and removed the lingering data since it used to be a retail lot. I removed all my mods and cleared my cache, opened the game and...still doesn't do anything. AND I deleted the pack and redownloaded it.

Someone suggested that my save file is somehow corrupted but I've only been playing in it for one day 🥲
