My tenant won't pay me

Hi! I have For rent DLC, and my tenant doesn't pay me. I let him live there for a while, like 2 weeks (maybe more) and I do not get any money, I tried to repair sims 4 but it didn't work either. So what do I do? If you have any advice, I would be very thankful.
