Natures calling event not starting PS4

I’m trying to play the new event but it’s not starting. Any save I enter I’m not getting a pop up for the event, there isn’t even an icon in the top left corner. I’ve closed and reopened the game multiple times, I’m signed in on everything, and I’ve tried new saves and old saves.
