Natures calling event online connection

I'm on ps5 and whenever I try to claim my rewards in the natures calling event it tells me ' online connection required, please go online to save your event progress and receive rewards" I am online, I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it I've restarted my playstation but nothing seems to work
