New skin tones only available for fairy form?

I'm not even sure if it's a bug, I just find it strange, that after you (Sims Team) has made everything else available for for regular sims, you choose to lock the new skintones behind the fairies, yet, regular sims, can still have, red, blue, and green skincolors. ??? And regular sims, can have pointy ears, sharp teeth, and funky eyes colors - but no, not the new skin colors!!!

Would it be to much to ask, that you unlock the new skin colors, for regular sims too? Pwetty please. With fairy dust on top!

And yes, I tested with mods/cc turned off, and started a completely new game.
