New Update Troubles!

Game loads, until I open CAS. I am either stuck on a laggy loading screen for hours...or if I directly open the game to "new game" so I can open CAS that way, I get a white screen. have force quit the game multiple times, origin too. Have clicked on repair like 2 times, restarted my computer but still nothing.

I don't know what to do anymore, I have cc but it has never been a problem before, I bitterly was playing the game 2 days ago without any problems (except the usual ones). After downloading the update I can only play the game with very slow loading screens.

Mine is doing the same thing!!! I knew I wasn’t the only one having this problem!!!

Mines doing the exact same thing! Such a nightmare. Completely unplayable. I hope they sort it ASAP!

So happy I’m not the only one I just had my first get to know you date and I didn’t even get to save it. I was stuck the loading screen forever. 

happens me soon as I get into the gameplay so frustrating!! need to fix it soon I miss playing it’s been days:(

I’m playing on the ps5 and ever since the recent update I’ll go to click on like simology or needs and it wont pop up but my cursor disappears and i can’t click anything or save even. Obv no cc or anything since its console. Hope they fix the issue soon.

I'm playing on a mac, and after this last update (july '24) the game play works for a few seconds, then control is gone. My sims keep moving, but I can't click on anything in the game or the menus. If I wait several minutes, (up to ten) it will catch up, but it is unplayable. I hope they fix this soon!

Going to lock this thread as it's a collection of all kind of issues and most of the bad bugs of the LS pack have been fixed.
