No options to steal items

My sim is doing the super sim challenge I have done all but the new burger mischief one but I can no longer get the options to steal things

    • Klept Trait
    • Sticky Fingers ?
    • White Collar Robbery Perk ?

     

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
